Birthday Cake

For those who do not know, today is my Birthday!  To celebrate, I designed this birthday cake paper doll.  Anthropomorphic characters are not my strong suite but I added some kawaii faces to cake.  I imagine in color one would be vanilla and one would be chocolate.  The cakes have tops and bottom decorations as 'clothing'.

Wedding Ring Cards

Forget me not

Da line

Here is a group of lovely vintage wedding cards featuring wedding ring motifs.  These are from various companies, which are labeled under the card.  Although none of these are dated, they all came from the same scrapbook, which is dated 1953.  On the left inside of each card, the bride (I assume) wrote what the wedding gift was, most of these were money gifts.  I did notice through looking at the collection as a whole, the bride ended up with a lot of casserole dishes.  The scrapbook these cards are from was purchased using ebay.
