Newspaper Ad paper doll

Here is a paper doll from the Kansas City Times.  It looks very much like a fashion doll, similar to Barbie.  It is from an article about "what to put under it" aka underwear. The doll has one suit outfit and 5 pieces of underwear. This page is from Wed, April 4, 1979.  I do not know the artist unless it is Robert Grace (staff). This is cut from a newspaper.

Our little Gladys

Here is a two page magazine paper doll called Our Little Gladys.  I know the date is 1989 and the artist is Virginia O Rouke but I am not sure what doll magazine it came from. This is a paper doll celebrating the 21st anniversary of The Gladys Macdowall Doll Study Club of Virginia.  I've been feeling under the weather lately and may not post as often this week.

Magazine Paper Doll

I recently purchased a binder full of magazine paper dolls which I have been scanning in.  I came across this one, it has no date, no title, and no marking of which magazine it is from.  It is also only one page.  The only thing I know about it is the artist Riki Klopper.  i would assume it is from a doll related magazine. If anyone has more information regarding this 20s style paper doll, please let me know.

Thanks to the help of МариАн for posting a link to this same paper doll on Marge8's Blog.  Lili of the 20s   This paper doll was published in the October 1991 issue of Doll Reader Magazine.

Secret Sue

Here is a cut version of the Secret Sue paper doll set from the 1960s.  The set was published by Cherry and Shackleford Creations, Inc.  1967. It includes two dolls, one large and one small. (small one has repaired arm).  The theme is spy, and she can 'shrink down' to fit through doors and stuff.  The outfits are matching, and I am sure I am missing some things.  This came with a lot that I purchased from Goodwill.

Dolly Dingle March 1924

Here is a paper doll from the March 1924 Issue of Pictorial Review.  As usually, this doll was drawn by Grace G Drayton.   This set has one base (boy) 5 outfits, two hats, and an extra pair of shoes.  This set is Dolly Dingle's Little Cousin Robin.  I cannot find an uncut reference, so I do not know for sure if all the pieces are here or if there is something missing.

Here is a lovely paper doll by Elizabeth Richards from Dolls Magazine April 2002.  I thought this would be perfect to post, since St. Patrick's Day is only a few days away.  This was one of many magazine pages I purchased from a lot on Ebay.  I've been busy scanning them in.

Boots by Lee Collins

Here is a two page magazine paper doll, "Boots" by Lee Collins, based on a doll, I believe, but I do not know any dolls named Boots (except for the newspaper comic paper doll)  She has 6 outfits and 2 pets.  I do not know what magazine or year this is from.  It is most likely from the 90s from Dolls, Doll Reader, Doll World or other similar magazine.  If anyone has more information, I would appreciate it.
